プライバシーポリシー

Nagoya Beef Association（名古屋ビーフ協議会。以下「当会」といいます。）は、本ウェブサイトを通じて取得する個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおり取り扱います。

この文書は下書きです。公開前に、当会の正式名称・代表者・連絡先を記入のうえ、弁護士または個人情報保護の専門家の確認を受けてください。第6条（外国にある第三者への提供）には現在の構成で利用するサービスを記載しています。構成を変更した場合は書き換えてください。
当会は法人格のない任意団体ですが、個人情報保護法上の個人情報取扱事業者に該当します。代表者氏名の記載義務は法人にのみ課されるため必須ではありませんが、海外との取引窓口として記載を推奨します。第10条の所在地の扱いについては、同条の注記を参照してください。

第1条　取得する個人情報

当会は、本ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームを通じて、次の情報を取得します。

  • 会社名（任意）
  • メールアドレス
  • 電話番号
  • お問い合わせの種類
  • お問い合わせ内容に記載された情報

このほか、本ウェブサイトの利用状況を把握するため、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧ページ、閲覧日時等の情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。

第2条　利用目的

当会は、取得した個人情報を次の目的の範囲内で利用します。

  1. お問い合わせへの回答および必要な連絡のため
  2. お取引の検討、商談、契約手続きのため
  3. 当会の事業および Nagoya Beef に関する情報のご案内のため
  4. 本ウェブサイトの改善および利用状況の分析のため

上記の目的を超えて利用する場合は、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ます。

第3条　第三者提供

当会は、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

当会は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

第6条　外国にある第三者への提供

本ウェブサイトは、ウェブサイトの配信およびお問い合わせフォームの送信処理のために、日本国外に所在する事業者のサービスを利用しています。お問い合わせフォームにご入力いただいた情報は、これらのサービスを経由して当会に届きます。

利用しているサービスおよび所在国は次のとおりです。

第7条　保有期間

当会は、取得した個人情報を利用目的の達成に必要な期間保有し、その後は遅滞なく消去します。ただし、法令により保存が義務付けられている場合はこの限りではありません。

第8条　開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求

ご本人から、保有個人データの開示、内容の訂正、追加もしくは削除、利用の停止、消去または第三者への提供の停止を求められた場合、当会は法令に従い、速やかに対応します。

請求の方法は第10条の窓口までお問い合わせください。ご本人であることを確認させていただいたうえで対応します。手数料はいただきません。

第9条　Cookie 等の利用

本ウェブサイトは、表示言語の設定を保存するため、ブラウザの保存領域を利用します。この情報は当会のサーバーには送信されず、お使いのブラウザ内にのみ保存されます。

アクセス解析を導入する場合は、その内容と無効化の方法をここに追記してください。

Nagoya Beef Association (“the Association”) handles personal information obtained through this website in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, as set out below.

Through the enquiry form on this website we collect your name, company name (optional), email address, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and whatever you write in the message field.

We may also automatically collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of access, in order to understand how the site is used.

2. Purpose of use

We use the information to reply to your enquiry and contact you as needed; to discuss, negotiate and conclude business; to provide information about the Association and about Nagoya Beef; and to improve this website. We will obtain your consent before using it for any other purpose.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law, where necessary to protect life, health or property and your consent cannot reasonably be obtained, or where cooperation with a public authority is required and obtaining consent would impede that work.
